Full refund or free rescheduling for cancelations prior to 48h. 50% refund in cancellations within 24-48h. No refund or rescheduling possible within 24h prior appointment.

We are a small studio and work in group of just 5 participants. Each student is therefore very important to us. The following policy applies. Full refund or free rescheduling for cancelations prior to 10 days in advance. No refund or rescheduling possible within 10 days prior appointment.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Please communicate to us if you would like to stop or continue your membership 2 weeks before it runs out.

Workspace slots should be canceled as soon as you know you cannot make it and latest 24h in advance. In case of repetitive no shows to your appointments we take the liberty to not prolong your membership. Thank you for your understanding and love to this community.

In the event of an insufficient number of participants or other unforeseeable factors, Studio Roka reserves the right to cancel a course. Courses are conducted with a minimum of four participants. Participants will have the option of receiving a refund for the course fee or rescheduling for a future course.

Studio Roka makes every effort to provide early notification of cancellations whenever possible. Our commitment is to inform participants as soon as a cancellation decision is made, ensuring transparency and allowing for appropriate adjustments to be made.
